The Production Worker's primary responsibility is handling the finished product, involving tasks such as inspection, measurement and preparation for shipment.
Additionally, this role may extend support to various areas within the plant, including banders, baler operation, starch kitchen, and more.

Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Uphold quality standards, striving for 100% perfection in all produced items.
2.
Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintain cleanliness in machine and work areas.
3.
Adhere to all safety and company policies, including maintaining good housekeeping, reporting incidents immediately, and completing assigned online safety training each month.
4.
Foster a collaborative team environment and assist each other when challenges arise.
5.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance, exemplifying exemplary attendance.
Be flexible in working extended and additional hours as required.
6.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
