Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with their inquiries and orders - Fulfill customer orders by accurately selecting and packaging items - Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Keep track of market trends and recommend new products to customers - Utilize math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals for customer transactions - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service - Proficiency in basic math for calculating prices, discounts, and totals accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Familiarity with Excel or other spreadsheet software for inventory management - Knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing calculations Note:
