The ideal candidate will be comfortable with QuickBooks, dental/medical softwares, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
The Bookkeeper is responsible for the following:
Accounts receivable duties include collections, processing invoices, and managing customer accounts Accounts payable duties include issuing invoices and managing patient accounts Payroll duties include managing employee time cards and benefits General ledger duties include recording transactions and reconciling financial statements Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
3
years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
