Responsibilities:
(MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY 5 DAYS A WEEK, WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY) - Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting in various areas of the facility - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas - Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized and disinfected - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap - Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the housekeeping management - Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed Note:
