- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed - Conduct account reconciliation and analysis - Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Manage financial systems and tools such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero - Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Provide guidance and support to the finance team Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note:
