We are seeking a passionate and hard-working Church Communications Secretary to join our thriving community.
This is a Part-Time position consisting of 4 hrs.
/day, Monday - Thursday.
The salary ranges from $16-$18/hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities The Communications Secretary job will focus on sustaining a church-wide communication strategy that consistently communicates with members while also assisting the pastor in reaching out to the community.
The duties would include but are not limited:
to updating the church's website and social media pages on a consistent basis; creating blogs, digital ads, printed materials, emails, and newsletters; marketing for the church and events that occur there; and working on the church's database and app.
The candidate must have strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, effective communications skills, adaptability, strong decision-making skills, flexibility, and a strong dedication to keep things confidential.
