IT Support Technician Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 1-2 years experience providing IT support to small businesses A great work ethic, high level of attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills Written and spoken English proficiency, and the ability to clearly communicate A positive attitude toward both clients and co-workers, a professional appearance, and ability to build rapport with clients Clean, reliable vehicle Technical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems Some familiarity with server and network infrastructure setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and the internal team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.

, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but NOT required.
