Warm Springs Day is seeking a Guest Service Spa Manager to assist with customer service/scheduling /management of the front desk area.
This customer faced team lead position is the first point of contact and direct support to our spa owners.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
Strong team management skillsets Works with a positive, friendly, energetic attitude Provides excellent customer service to clients Fast Learner with attention to detail Thrives in fast paced Administrative Environment Knowledge of Microsoft office and tech savvy/Scheduling Software a Plus (Salon Scheduling Meevo a Huge Plus) Punctual and Efficient Strong in understanding financials and reporting Thrives to create company growth Excellent Communication skills Task-oriented Responsibility:
Oversees , Manages, and provides scheduling for the Guest Service Team Assist with Marketing/Events/Social Media Works along side the team for scheduling clients/ incoming/outgoing appointments Review Appointment Book Oversee Retail/Boutique/Sales/Inventory Control/Product Ordering Trouble Shoots Issues and Creates Solutions We Offer:
