We are a family-owned and operated dealership that is currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Automotive Service Advisors schedule service appointments.
Document customer's vehicle concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
Consult with customer on applicable service needs.
Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
Review multi-point inspection report and recommend future service.
Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.
Keep work area clean and organized.
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to multi-task.
Prior Service Advisor experience.
Valid driver's license.
