- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of the community - Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff - Oversee the delivery of social services to individuals and families - Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services and resources - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and funding sources - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines - Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness - Prepare and manage program budgets - Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the areas of program development, service delivery, and professional development Requirements:
