9K a year The Service & Parts Director at Shively Motors is responsible for leading the Service and Parts Department to ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales growth, maximizing efficiency, and increasing profits.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
Directing and managing the Service and Parts Department, including staff development and ensuring goals are met.
Developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales, while monitoring department performance.
Working with vendors to ensure quality parts and materials are available.
Assisting in warranty and extended service plan transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation of parts orders.
Analyzing service and repair trends, customer feedback, and operational performance to drive improvement plans.
Ensuring maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and specifications.
Training staff in operations, customer service, and service processes.
Overseeing inventory, pricing, control, and retiling to ensure accuracy.
Complying with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license 3
years of service/parts management experience in an automotive dealership (including warranty and extended service plan transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation of parts orders).
Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction.
Ability to use technology to track and analyze department performance.
Knowledge of relevant OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
