We are seeking a dynamic, organized Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, manage employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
A successful candidate for this position will need to be well versed in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks as well as being capable of effectively working as part of a team.
Experience in Construction or Telecommmunications is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Set up meetings for Management.
Answer phones.
Manage and schedule the team calendar.
Keep track of documents that need to be signed, scanned, etc.
Handle document management system.
Moderate Book-Keeping.
Create and distribute intra-office/company memos.
Organize catering for meetings.
Organize Invoicing.
Perform Collections.
Coordinate Employee Travel.
