Marketing / Sales Duties

Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process (Route Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers.
Use marketing materials like SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits.
Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.
Marketing / Sales Experience Required:
A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills to draft emails, create flyers, use salesforce to document client activity.
Employee will need to have a valid driving license with a reasonable driving record to operate company vehicles, employee should also have a personal vehicle for outside sales if need with insurance and all state regulation of inspection.
Employees driving their own vehicle will be compensated based on Pennsylvania state law.
Employee must be able to pass a federal and local background check to meet nation account requirements Ability to go onto production sites for hands on training to become an effective sales person expert on the services.
Travel is up to 90%, primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs and events.
Part time options include working several days during the Monday - Friday week between the hours of 8-4:
30PM.
This position has the option to turn into full time Monday - Friday 8-4:
30 once the employee has expanded their network and client database to support the growth.
Compensation:
This is an hourly position based off experience
commission of up to 3% of sales that are from a result of the employee relationships with clients.
