Summary:
This position is a 12 hour night shift 7pm-7am Sun - Tuesday and every other Saturday.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of production personnel, ensuring that production goals are being met and that the production process is being carried out in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.
This position requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing process and the ability to problem solve.
The Production Supervisor will work closely with other production staff members to ensure that production goals are being achieved.
This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and a strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
Supervise all production personnel, including but not limited to:
operators, machinists, welders, etc.
Ensure that production goals are being met and that the production process is being carried out in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.
Ensure that the work environment is clean and safe for all personnel.
Ensure that all safety policies are being followed.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Ensure that proper documentation is being completed for each job site visit.
Ensure that all safety policies are being followed in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
