Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services - Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests - Manage room assignments and accommodate special requests - Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain updated information on room availability, rates, and promotions - Monitor daily arrivals, departures, and room inventory to maximize revenue
Qualifications:
- Preferred IHG Experience and knowledge of IHG Brand Standards - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and guest relations - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual) - Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team in providing exceptional guest experiences.
