Seeking a Product Support Coordinator who can work independently as well as a team to assist service with parts for jobs in the shop and also be able to fill in at the parts counter.
This role is dual duty working with parts and service.
You will learn all aspects of the business in the Product Support Department and will need to assist where needed.

None Purpose:
Assist and support the Branch Service Manager and lead Parts Representatives in daily tasks including work orders, parts and service sales, inventory, and customer inquires.
Responsibilities:
Secondary for customer calls into the Service department Primary to open work orders Secondary to close work orders Secondary to review work orders for completeness, accuracy, proper segmentation, descriptions, etc.
, prior to customer, internal, or warranty billing (if capable) Secondary for IATC tickets Secondary to log tech in and off of vacation, absent/sick, paid holiday, training monthlies.
Secondary to handle DTAC Secondary for scheduling techs and assigns jobs to techs according to their skills and knowledge Responsible to handle all ordering of supplies for the store.
Responsible for company vehicles - repairs, services, inspections, etc.
Handles all check-ins of new equipment or wholegoods to their respective location Check out all used equipment once it is complete in the shop Handles all recondition estimates for appraisals purposes for the Used Equipment Department Move machine around on the lot.
Primary to handle all demo, loaner, and rent check in and check out scenarios.
Secondary to handle Parts Department customer calls.
Secondary to handle DPAC cases Primary to put away stock order (if capable) Responsible for ordering of all NMQ parts and tooling.
Handles all parts to techs (if capable) Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
High School diploma or equivalent experience Ability to connect with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport Understands basic selling processes Good overall understanding of company business system Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience utilizing basic computer programs, for example Microsoft based products Experience working both independently and in a team setting Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Basic parts and machinery knowledge Job Type:
