We are seeking a highly motivated Housing Program Manager to oversee the direct support services provided through our Housing Program.

-Supervision of staff - Participation in the agency's management team - preparing and delivering presentations to staff, other organizations, and community groups -non-clinical documentation review for Peer Specialists - establishing Professional Development Plans for staff - connecting with the Franklin County Housing Authority/Fulton County Housing Authority - maintaining positive relationships with landlords reporting to Tuscarora Managed Care Alliance -assisting program participants with finding and securing housing Requirements:
- Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use disorder -Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
Highly relevant experience may substitute for a degree at the discretion of the CEO.
-Familiarity with the Section 8 Voucher process -Familiarity and commitment to recovery-oriented systems of care -Demonstrated ability to develop and manage programs -Demonstrated ability to write detailed, accurate reports - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively -Successful completion of the Certified Peer Support training and Peer Support Supervisor training within 6 months of hire -Successful completion of State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances Successful completion of Driving Record review We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
