Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health or assisted living is preferred.
Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and dementia care practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social work principles is a plus.
Certification in CPR is beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely when assisting clients with mobility needs.
