Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to lead or supervise - Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic Leader. Your resume must demonstrate the ability to perform common tasks including leading others in the performance of maintenance mechanic duties; and performing journeyman level duties of heavy mobile equipment metal worker, electrician, air conditioning mechanic, and/or plumber; as well as operating test equipment, hand and power tools, and material handling equipment up to 50,000 lbs.; working under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. To meet the basic eligibility, you must receive at least two points on the screen-out element indicated above and must have an average of two points on all the job elements listed below. Your application will be further evaluated to determine if you meet the best qualified cut-off for referral to the selecting official. Lifts objects from moderate to heavy weights up to 40 lbs., climbs ladders, scaffolds, and works from platforms. May work in cramped and awkward positions, reaches, bends, and lifts while using tools, parts, and/or equipment. Working Conditions:
Work inside and outside in a variety of weather conditions. Subject to exposure to dust and dirt, grease, fumes, noise, etc. Workers are also subject to cuts, burns, bruises, electrical shocks, etc. Safety equipment is provided to minimize hazards.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
