Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to inspect as an ORDNANCE EQUIPMENT INSPECTOR without more than normal supervision. Performing inspections, recording findings into automated systems and trouble shooting. Skilled at modifying, assembling and installing missile systems and the use of hand and power tools. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability To InspectAbility to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Trouble ShootingUse of Measuring Instruments Physical Effort - Normally moderate physical effort is required. May be required to lift and carrying items up to 44 pounds and occasionally above that weight with assistance. Coordinated use of hands, eyes and arms is required. Some assignments require use of difficult test equipment, bending, stooping, standing, and walking. Required to wear appropriate safety equipment. Working Conditions - Work is normally performed in a clean well-lighted shop but may be performed in extreme heat or cold. Some outside work may also be involved. Work is subject to cuts, bruises, scrapes and shocks caused by high voltage energy. Incumbent will be exposed to hazardous explosives and chemicals and is required to wear protective clothing (e.g. conductive shoes, coveralls, goggles, aprons, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
