Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes advising on safety and occupational health issues for industrial and explosives operation; developing safety and occupational health policies and procedures to eliminate and control potential hazards; developing safety and occupational health programs to reduce the frequency, severity, and cost of accidents and illnesses; establishing short and long term goals and objectives through strategic planning; identifying employees' developmental and training needs; informing management on safety status and trends; and maintaining the effectiveness of the safety and occupational health program elements for an industrial and explosives organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
