MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Experience:
To qualify at the GG-05, your resume must describe at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-04. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, general experience for the GG-05 demonstrates the ability to:
analyze problems that identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively orally and in writing. To qualify at the GG-07, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as:
identifying areas within personnel programs that need improvement to assist in the improvement of the organization. To qualify at the GG-09, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as:
analyzing administrative support and manpower systems to make suggestions assist in developing and adapting organizational guidelines and solutions. Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
